Cookies and privacy policy
Effective from 16 September 2026.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Stylprojekt Tadeusz Maraszek, registered office at ul. Kazimierza Wielkiego 91/12, 80-180 Gdańsk, Poland, tax ID (NIP): 5841095467, entered in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG).
For matters relating to personal data, you can contact us by email at kontakt@stylprojekt.com.pl.
2. What data we process and why
- Contact form – we process your full name, email address, room type and message, and your phone number if you provide it. We use them to reply to your enquiry, arrange a measurement and prepare a quote.
- Email and phone contact – we process the data you give us in a message or during a call. We use it to reply to your message and handle your matter.
- Concluding and performing a contract – we process the data needed to prepare the design, conclude and perform the contract, issue documents, deliver and install the furniture, in particular your full name, contact details, installation address and billing data. We also use it to handle warranty claims and complaints.
- Server logs – while you use the website, technical information may be recorded automatically, such as your IP address, the date and time of the visit, the browser type and the address visited. We use it to keep the website secure and working properly.
3. Legal basis
We process data under the GDPR:
- Art. 6(1)(b) – steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, such as preparing a quote or arranging a measurement, and performance of the contract,
- Art. 6(1)(c) – legal obligations, e.g. tax and accounting obligations,
- Art. 6(1)(f) – our legitimate interest, i.e. handling other correspondence, keeping the website secure and establishing, pursuing and defending claims.
4. Do you have to provide data
Providing data in the form is voluntary, but sending it requires your full name, email address, room type and message. A phone number is optional. Without the data needed to conclude and perform the contract we will not be able to carry it out.
You do not have to use the form. You can write to us directly at kontakt@stylprojekt.com.pl or call 886 545 557.
5. Who we share data with
We may share data with entities providing us with hosting, IT, email and contact-form delivery, accounting, transport, installation and legal services. Depending on the type of service, these entities process the data on our behalf or as independent controllers. Data may also be received by authorities entitled to it by law.
We do not sell data or share it for marketing purposes.
The website and the mailbox that receives messages from the contact form are maintained by a hosting provider based in Poland. Server log data and messages stored on the mail server therefore remain within the European Economic Area.
We use Google to read and reply to our mail. For that reason the content of correspondence, including messages sent through the contact form, may be processed by Google LLC in the United States, that is outside the European Economic Area.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area take place under a European Commission adequacy decision (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. You can obtain information about the safeguards used, and a copy of them, by contacting us.
6. How long we keep data
- enquiry and correspondence data – for the duration of our correspondence and, if no contract is concluded, for up to 12 months after the last contact;
- contract data – for the duration of the contract, the warranty and liability for conformity with the contract, and then until the periods required by tax and accounting regulations and the limitation periods for claims have expired;
- server logs – for the retention period applied by our hosting provider for security and diagnostics; we do not copy them or use them for any other purpose.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it,
- rectify your data,
- have your data erased,
- restrict processing,
- transfer your data (data portability),
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
Each of these rights applies in the cases and on the terms set out in the GDPR.
To exercise your rights, write to us at kontakt@stylprojekt.com.pl.
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
