Terms and conditions

Rules for using the website and terms of order fulfilment.

Effective from 16 September 2026.

1. General provisions

These terms set out the rules for using the website stylprojekt.com.pl and the general terms of cooperation when designing and making custom furniture.

The website owner and service provider is Stylprojekt Tadeusz Maraszek, registered office at ul. Kazimierza Wielkiego 91/12, 80-180 Gdańsk, Poland, tax ID (NIP): 5841095467, entered in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), email: kontakt@stylprojekt.com.pl, phone: 886 545 557 (“Stylprojekt”).

These terms are available free of charge on this website in a form that allows them to be downloaded, saved and printed.

2. Definitions

  • User – any person using the website.
  • Client – a person who sends us an enquiry or concludes a contract with us for making furniture.
  • Consumer – a natural person concluding a contract not directly related to their business or professional activity. Consumer provisions also apply to a natural person running a business if the contract is not of a professional nature for them.
  • Contract – a contract for designing, making and installing furniture, concluded individually with the Client.

3. Services provided on the website

Through the website we provide the following services free of charge:

  • browsing the website content, including the offer and project photos,
  • a contact form for sending us an enquiry,
  • remembering the selected language version of the website.

Using the website does not require registration or creating an account.

The contract for browsing the website is concluded when you enter the website and terminated when you leave it. The contract for using the contact form is concluded when the form is sent and terminated once we reply, or earlier at the User's request.

4. Technical requirements and rules of use

To use the website you need:

  • a device with internet access,
  • an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled,
  • an active email address – for the contact form.

Users may not submit unlawful content through the website or act in a way that disrupts its operation.

5. Contact form

To send an enquiry, you need to provide your full name, email address, room type and message. We need them to prepare an initial quote and arrange a free measurement. A phone number is optional – giving it makes it quicker to arrange the measurement.

We try to reply within 48 hours on business days.

Sending the form does not constitute a contract for making furniture and does not oblige you to place an order.

6. Quote and conclusion of the contract

Descriptions, project photos and other content on the website are for information only and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Measurement, preliminary design and quote are free of charge and non-binding.

We conclude contracts individually, after the Client approves the design and quote, in writing or in documentary form, e.g. by email. The scope of work, price, deadlines, any advance payment and the terms of delivery and installation are set out in the contract.

If the contract differs from these terms, the provisions of the contract prevail.

7. Custom furniture and the right to withdraw from the contract

We make furniture according to an individual design and dimensions agreed with the Client.

Under the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance or off-premises does not apply if the subject of the contract is a non-prefabricated item made to the consumer's specifications or to meet their individual needs. This applies to the custom furniture we make.

8. Warranty and complaints

We are liable for the conformity of the furniture with the contract under the law: towards consumers under the Polish Consumer Rights Act, and towards other Clients under the Polish Civil Code.

We give a five-year warranty on the furniture we make. Its detailed terms are set out in the contract or the warranty document. The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the Client's statutory rights.

Complaints can be submitted by email to kontakt@stylprojekt.com.pl, by phone at 886 545 557 or in writing to ul. Kazimierza Wielkiego 91/12, 80-180 Gdańsk. A complaint should include contact details, a description of the problem and, if possible, photos.

We respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt. Complaints about the operation of the website are handled in the same way.

9. Out-of-court dispute resolution

Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, in particular the assistance of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman, consumer organisations or the Trade Inspection. Information is available on the website of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).

10. Copyright

The content, photos, designs and graphic elements of the website are protected by copyright. Copying or using them without our consent is prohibited, except for use permitted by law.

11. Personal data and cookies

The rules for processing personal data and using cookies are set out in our privacy policy, available in the website footer.

12. Final provisions

We may change these terms for important reasons, e.g. changes in the law or in the scope of services. We publish changes on this website at least 7 days before they take effect. Changes do not apply to contracts concluded earlier.

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means and the Consumer Rights Act. These terms do not limit consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.
